Welcome to MIND (A Dugamo Initiative). By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Course Enrollment and Access

Course enrollments are subject to availability, as we strictly maintain small batch sizes (maximum 10 students). MIND reserves the right to accept or decline any enrollment request. Access to live Zoom classes and course materials is granted solely to the enrolled student and may not be shared.

2. Payment and Billing

Course fees are stated on the website and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). For students utilizing the "1-Week Free Demo", payment is required before the commencement of the second week of classes to retain access.

3. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive attitude during live Zoom classes. Any form of harassment, disruption, or inappropriate behavior towards instructors or peers may result in immediate termination of the student's enrollment without a refund.

4. Hardware and Connectivity

A functional laptop or computer and a stable internet connection are mandatory requirements for all MIND tracks. MIND is not responsible for missed classes or inability to complete projects due to a student's hardware failures or internet connectivity issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum designs, teaching methodologies, proprietary codebase, and course materials provided by MIND are the intellectual property of Dugamo. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without explicit written permission.
