Refund Policy

At MIND (A Dugamo Initiative), we strive to provide the highest quality AI and Computer Science education. However, we understand that circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refund

If you or your child are not satisfied with the course, you are eligible for a full refund provided that you report and request the refund within two (2) weeks after the batch start date.

Any refund requests made after this two-week window will not be entertained, as substantial resources and course materials will have already been allocated to the student.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to info@dugamo.com from your registered email address. Please include:

• The student's full name and registered phone number.
• The class and track you enrolled in.
• The date of enrollment and payment transaction ID.
• A brief reason for the cancellation (this helps us improve).

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and verified against the 2-week deadline from the batch start date, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

4. Demo Classes

We highly encourage utilizing the "1-Week Free Demo" option prior to paying the full course fee if you are unsure about the curriculum or teaching format. This ensures complete satisfaction before making a financial commitment.
